Working to create a nonprofit coworking space for tech creators (programmers, designers, etc.), and a community that's focused around startups, learning, work, collaboration, and fun. While there will be a use fee for the coworking space, hopefully the cost will be more then made up for by the enhanced work environment and the new opportunities the community would provide.
